        It is a scary feeling when you find mold in your home; you only think the worst possible scenarios are going to happen. However, Chad Kelly of Palmetto Environmental Solutions calmed my worst fears. After viewing and testing my home, he quickly made a plan to solve the issue. Chad also reviewed steps needed to clean our home and communicated regularly with emails and I could call anytime. Mold remediation began with a competent, professional, knowledgeable crew (JC, David and Neil) that treated my home like their own. These young men daily came to my home with a designated plan and executed it wonderfully. They also answered all of my questions and texted me when needed. Knowing the amount of work they took on, they always had a pleasant demeanor and they were careful with all my belongings. My husband and I would recommend this company for any of your needs. If contemplating using this company and we could be of any assistance, contact me or my husband.

        Great experience with the team at Palmetto Environmental. I had been replacing some sections of rotten subfloor, pulling out insulation, fixing vent covers, etc. and found mold. Cameron quickly came out to evaluate and gave me an honest answer without attempting to sell stuff that was not necessary. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

        Unfortunately PES hasn't done a great job for me. I had encapsulation, and dehumidifier, and two sump pumps installed 5 months ago. The dehu has not worked more often than it has worked. They have sent the electrician several times but the issue is not electrical. They've also came out several times to rectify the issue but haven't actually fixed it long term. Additionally, I've had water on top of the sheeting at least twice and the sheeting isn't secured in several areas. I've been patient, allowed them to work out the kinks, etc but 5 months in, I shouldn't have issues. I shouldn't have to crawl under my house to see what's not working and why. I emailed the owner one week ago and have received no response. I feel I've been patient far too long.

      We will call you directly on Tuesday so we can talk about this in detail, this is not the experience we want any of our customers to have. Unfortunately even when using top of the line products some things don’t go perfect and there are rare equipment issues. We have been responsive with all issues as we were made aware of them.
