Flooding and mold issue after they redid my crawspace and took 7k from me. Now none of there managers are willing to fix it.

Terrible company. They do shoddy work and don't stand behind it. Steer clear of Crawlspace Medic. I hired Crawlspace Medic to do some structural repairs and encapsulate the crawlspace. Their initial work was shoddy -- among other things: the moisture barrier stopped 3 feet short of the wall, they repaired 10-inch joists with 8-inch replacements, they totally neglected to repair two of the joists they said they would repair, and they forgot to plug in the sump pump. Another issue is that the drainage line they installed from the sump pump comes out of the foundation wall too close to the ground and doesn't go far enough away from the house, so the water that gets pumped out simply flows right back into the crawlspace. I contacted them over and over, trying to get some of these things fixed. They kept pushing me off and pushing me off ("we'll call you next week"), and eventually they stopped answering my phone calls.

Scott evaluated our foundation and crawlspace this week. He went above and beyond by servicing our dehumidifier while he was here. He gave us great information and a fair quote. I highly recommend calling Crawlspace of Mt. Pleasant if you are having any issues with your crawlspace or foundation.
