Wow...this is an outstanding hotel. The courtesy they show, the cheerful and friendly staff go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. The breakfast was a nice western omlete with bacon and potatoes or your choice of many other items. When we were running late, they offered a breakfast to go bag with Bagel, cream cheese, jelly, fruit and water. The best part is they are pet friendly Nearby activities: The beach is right near by.

I stayed here last week for one night after I had surgery at Roper hospital. From booking to check out the staff here are what make this location worth staying at and coming back to. They were very accommodating with letting me check in early given I had just had surgery and needed to rest. The room they had me in wasnt ready so they put me in an upgraded room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but thats where the positives end for the room. The rooms are clearly in need of a remodel. There was a hole in the wall with duct tape, a damaged cabinet in the kitchen, and all the furniture and window curtains were dated and stained. The foyer and breakfast area looks to have been recently remodeled and I like it a lot. The breakfast in the morning was what Ive come to expect from continental breakfast at Hampton. Nothing exciting but still good and convenient. The women working the breakfast were so extremely warm and inviting and certainly made a bright start to my day. I only caught one of their names, her name was Rosalie. This location is also very convenient from the hospital and close to a bunch of shops. My mom went right around the corner to grab us dinner. Thank You for a pleasant stay I look forward to improvements if I ever need to stay in the area again.

I must begin with - I never write reviews! However, this time I feel compelled to. This Hotel is in a very nice and convenient location although it is clearly dated, it is maintained, for the most part. The staff was outstanding, they were kind and friendly. Breakfast and the setup was also nicely done. 5 stars for those areas. My concern is with the quality and comfort level at this hotel. The suite was wayyyy too dated, from furniture to fixtures to TVs. The worst part were the bugs! That made it very uncomfortable! Although we didnt see them until our last day, it terrifies me what may have been present and we actually didnt see. I attempted to report it to the front desk using the room phone but the phone didnt work. I reported it using the text feature and sent pictures to accompany my message. The staff tried to be accommodating and offered me points, I told them that I wouldnt need them since I dont plan to stay at another Hilton, they offered me $50.00 partial payment credit but only accredited $40.00 to my folio. HILTONS quality has really diminished! I would NOT recommend this location for those reasons.
