Devon came out 8/18 for an AC repair, and was asked to replace to the float switch, which he didn't do, he said the he didnt read that text when we called him today. He said he did his job and got it running. Devon knocked the Drain line loose, and we woke up to water running down the wall today. We had to vac up 3 shop vacs worth of water today, and the pvc pipe wasn't glued together and just fell apart, and we found that the float switch hadn't been installed. When asked to fix the problem today, and he got nasty on the phone, started name calling and using curse words, said whose the lady running her mouth in the background, and he refused to come out to fix the problem. He said, take him to court. Then he sent multiple texts cussing us out. We know a real Hvac man that lives in a different state for advice on what to do, and he said Devon totally screwed us over. That these issues needs to be fixed NOW, the switch MUST be installed, and it sounded like the condensation pipe is going out. He said Devon doesn't know what he's doing, and we need to get someone out asap before these issues destroy the AC. Devon charged us $414 yesterday and we woke up to a huge problem, he acted totally non-professional, and apparently doesn't know whats he's doing. If you use him, you better have another company come out to check his work, and be prepared to pay a real Hvac man to actually fix the problem.
