        Do not rent with Bluestein Law Firm!!!! My roommates, neighbors, and previous tenants whom we know personally and I had a horrible experience leasing a house downtown with them. The house was filthy and untouched when we moved in, and throughout the entire year we had only some of our maintenance requests fixed. They took $2375 of our security deposit for completely erroneous charges. $750 for paint when the unit was never painted for us in the first place, and the tenants who moved in informed us no painting had even been done. $290 to replace a small dryer knob that took 5 minutes of labor and costs $20. $20 to "clean and replace" an AC filter when I had already replaced the filter 5 days before move out and no cleaning or replacements had been done when we moved in. And that's not even all of it. After emailing them 4 times in a calm, professional manner explaining my disputes and the reasoning for them, as well as asking to see the invoices for these charges (that were never done in the first place according to the current tenants), I received absolutely no response. It is more than clear that these renters take advantage of college kids and the sad thing is they probably pocketed all of our money since no services were ever done.
