BenchMark Physical Therapy

I was desperate for relief from vertigo. Another PT referred me to Beth, who went above and beyond what other physical therapists have done for me in the past. Besides providing relief from vertigo, therapy included exercises to improve balance and reset my vestibular system. After 2 months of therapy, I feel SO much better. Zoe, the receptionist/assistant was very friendly and helpful, too. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will definitely come here again if the need arises.

After suffering from terrible vertigo, I found complete relief with one visit at Benchmark. From the moment I walked into the office the experience was a five star experience! Everyone was so friendly! Beth, my physical therapist, was fabulous. After examining me, she correctly diagnosed my issue and addressed the problem. She was so caring and compassionate. I cannot believe how she was able to provide me with quick relief! I am so thankful for Beth and Benchmark! I was able to enjoy the holidays without the "spinning dizziness" ! If anyone suffers from vertigo, please do not hesitate, call Beth at Benchmark!

The Benchmark staff was such a blessing for me while starting my recovery from knee replacement surgery! Grayson was super helpful and kind from the first phone conversation! And Beth was wonderful!! She was kind while pushing me to get my best results! I am so grateful for her strong, determined attitude that mixed with her kindness and compassion. When I first came to Benchmark, I was about to give up on PT. Its only been two months and my improvement is almost unbelievable. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are injured and need help I recommend Benchmark in Mt Pleasant off Coleman Blvd.

Ive worked with Kati twice, once for an ankle injury and once for post op rehab. I have EDS and shes great at working with that. Theyre great with working with your schedule, and they have a financial hardship program to help cover costs if you arent covered by insurance which was great! The environment is nice as well, theyre fun to be around, theres a silly question board you can add to that changes every day, and Grayson is a wonderful DJ.
