        Went in for a tire repair. Called to tell me they couldnt repair the tire for because the kind of tire. Told me car is ready to be picked up, went inside and wait additional 35min for it to be "done". Shouldnt they have checked the kind of tire before taking off car and scratching my rims to know if they can fix or not. So I wasted 1.5hr about $20.00 for not a thing...

        3 days of waiting to get a flat tire fixed just so they could tell me their policy changed and they cant repair Goodyear tires, because it wouldnt be beneficial for their vendors! What is my Costco memo even good for?
