Darcy is a toy poodle and she was perfectly groomedlooks beautiful. She was a happy puppy when I picked her up.

I would not recommend this business. I have had numerous issues with this location for the last few years I wish I would have switched to another vet facility sooner!

Do not take your pet here to be euthanized. Horrible experience, it's hard enough having to go through it in the 1st place- and was made worse by vet tech who was inexperienced, rude, and showed little compassion for why we were there for the appointment. I should have walked out then and there, dumbfounded by this employee's responses. If I had been able to leave and go some place else I would have, but it would have been too much stress on my cat, who's health was already declining rapidly. It's taken me over a month to write this as I was so upset about the experience. Not to mention we were there for over 2 hours for an appointment that should not have taken 45min. from start to finish. Again making the experience worse than it already was. They need to make sure all employees have proper training, prepared for such appointments, so it goes smoothly, calmly, and with as much compassion as possible given the situation. It's difficult enough as it is. I will say the vet herself was very professional and caring once she came in to attend to us. However I think Banfield as a whole, tend to overbook appointments and it's no wonder the vets never stay very long. I will never bring a pet or step foot in another Banfield again.
