        NO Shampoo, not disability friendly. Tried to call beforehand to ask if they did shampoos as I cannot wash hair due to having a central line for medical conditions. (Currently out of town for appointments and local Great Clips is always so kind and happy to wash hair)Did not answer, so checked in on app and drive to salon. Go in and am immediately turned away we dont do that too busy on the weekends normally I would understand that; however, there was hardly no one else there. What happened to having conpassion? Shampoo is on the list of services they need to take it off if they do not do it.

        It's igood because you could use an app and see how much time you'll have to wait to choose one to go. However you cannot choose who you want to cut your hair so it's sometimes a hit or miss.
