        I would not recommend them after my experience. They were recommended by friends, so we felt comfortable. After 9 months, we decided to get another quote as our auto policy seemed very high. We found the same Progressive coverage through a different local agency, We only paid $200 more for a 1 year policy than Carrie Johnson was charging us for 6 MONTHS. We approached them about the rate differences, but did not feel heard. We feel like we were over charged and they disagree. Cancelled with this agent and went elsewhere.

      Thanks for your feedback, Scott. Our contract is set up with Progressive that we are only able to write six-month policies. I know both Angela and Rhonda sat down with you in an attempt to explain this to you, but best wishes to you!
