        I took a tour of this med spa for the grand opening with friends. It is by far a cut above anything I've seen on the Grand Strand. We all booked different services, and have nothing but raves! It's a must see & do!

        I had a one hour massage at Waccamaw Med Spa a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Kathryn gave the best therapeutic massage!! The massage beds are incredible. They conform to your body and you actually get a zero gravity effect. The music was so relaxing and I really enjoyed the hot stones which really brought it to the next level. I also sat in the Halo Therapy room which was definitely a treat and a great experience after a fantastic massage. Thank you Waccamaw Med Spa!! I will definitely be back!!
