I was heading back to my home town in PA for a family funeral. It was 4 am and my car didn't start. Thinking it was the battery, we tried jumping it. Nothing. So I had to find someone to tow it or could fix it. Went online and saw Big Mike's had a 5 star rating. Well, I definitely see why. Mike came out within half hour and told me my battery was fine. Figured it was the starter and was going to fix it but he couldn't get to the part. He tried everything and gave me references to help me since I didn't know of anyone. But what even meant more, he kept texting during the morning to see what the issue was and if i was able to get it fixed. He was kind, friendly, caring and professional. That's hard to find today.
