Not often I need a locksmith but if I ever do I’m not hesitating to call Jeff. My coworker and I got stuck at work one night from 1030pm-2am because the store door would not lock. East coast lock and key is the vendor my job sent out to help us out. Jeff showed up at 130 am or so and was awake and ready to do his job. It was a super quick fix so he didn’t work too long but what really stood out to me was his genuine act of kindness. My coworker and I were not in a safe part of town and we had ordered food to be delivered and we were waiting on the driver to arrive. Just to keep an eye on us Jeff stayed outside in his van to make sure that we were safe and ready to leave without issue. Great service by a wonderful human cannot be beat.

Jeff is a stand up guy. Lets you know what a going in at all times and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him for any job you have. Thank you Jeff!
