Coastal Postal

I came here to ship a package out of state and USPS didnt update their system for days. Matt and one of his reps (sorry, I forgot your name) went above and beyond to check and assure me the package was picked up by USPS. Service was excellent as usual. If I can gather anything from some of these previous reviews, it boils down to user error. Read signs, ask questions and verify what you are paying for PRIOR to the point of sale. If you're unsure of the services they provide, call prior to making a trip. The phone is an excellent invention and is underutilized. Complaining you didn't know after the fact is useless for everyone. Anyway, thank you again for your help and also following up when I initially called.

Please make sure you ask for prices BEFORE you do any business here! I went in to fax something (I have used this place for a lot of mail services) and they charged $2.50 a page to fax something! I had 15 pages and they did NOT inform me it would be that much before they did it. Also there are no service prices posted anywhere. I am so upset!!!

Do yourself a favor and go to the store on 38th, much more friendly and professional. It's worth the drive.
