It didn't take long for him to identify the problem. They have the lowest quote out of the 7 plumbing companies I contacted. Although Turner Mech was ready to resolve the issue, Allstate Insurance and Old Republic Home Protection would not pay for the repairs. Still, knowing there close by whenever I raise the money is reassuring.

Clint came out and serviced my outdated heater and it is working like it is supposed too. I called and they sent someone right out , same day service but service calls per hour is quite expensive for someone that is on a fixed income like myself. Other than that I would recommend their services.

Think twice before hiring this company! The plumber, Mr. Johnny, came on a Friday afternoon, we were most likely his last appt for the day. It was raining and the temps were dropping. The plumber fixed the issue enough to get us through the rest of the evening. The issue still existed because it was a bigger plumbing issue that was causing one toilet to be clogged. Looking back, I realize the issue was either too big for this plumber or he just didnt know what he was doing. This company charged us $450 and did not unclog the toilet. Johnny never followed up to fix the bigger issue. We ended up hiring a new company and TM had the audacity to invoice us for $450. I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT hire this company! Breanna answered the phones, dont be mislead by her sincerity over the phone.
