I have made several attempts to have an on-site visit with the owner to no avail. I used text, email and voicemails regarding the addition of services that I wanted to add but I never had a call back even after 1.5 years of utilizing them. I did everything I knew to do to establish a long term working relationship but it never materialized. And there office location is only three blocks from my location. Missed opportunity. Service: Landscaping maintenance
