This is a terrible location to take your loved ones. The office staff gets distracted super easily and then they forget that they are helping out a patient. The doctor assigned to us at this location never seems to be in office and always has his staff connect with us when we constantly request to speak to the doctor himself. The staff seems like they dislike their job and are just there for a paycheck. Terrible service and care for the patient. They forgot to give us a call back when we had an emergency to report and when I called them back they forgot everything I stated with my previous call. If you want great service and want your loved ones to properly be looked at and be given great attention to then DONT come here.

I have been a patient of Charleston Oncology's for 4 years. During my breast cancer journey, the chemotherapy team made undergoing chemo less daunting. Now, as a follow up patient with Dr. Julia Saylors, every visit is met with smiling faces and the whole office has a compassionate, family oriented feel. Dr. Saylors navigates my care in a reassuring and knowledgeable way. Her nurse Ashley is a pleasure. I work in healthcare and recommend this practice to everyone who asks.
