        Never going here again... Pulled up and saw a woman in the lobby having at it with her phone and her food. Went to go in and a man said lobby was closed. I was okay with that and just figured that it was just an employee having a lunch break... When I showed up to the drive through window, it was a lot of static and we couldn't understand each other... So she rudely old me to pull to the front window...got there and because I wanted wing flats, I proceeded to order them.. And she told told me there was NONE... I asked, no flats?.. no wings, she barked... I told her she could have been nicer and would have gladly ordered something else but because of her rudeness, I am going to Popeyes.... No flats? how can you be a chicken joint without chicken wings?

        I ordered from Doordash. IT IS NOT FAIR THAT I HAVE TO CONTACT DOORDASH FOR A REFUND WHEN IT IS NOT THE DASHER'S FAULT THAT ORDER WAS WRONG. It's a good thing I didn't want a refund. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat combo with French fries and lemonade. I received mashed potatoes and sweet tea. I have a medical reason for no sweet tea. I have tried calling the restaurant for almost 2 hours now and no one answers the phone. It's not good that disgruntled customers cannot get in touch with the manager if there is an issue. I don't order from this place very often because one night I went through the drive thru. The speaker was broken, and so I drove up to the window to place my order only to be told (QUITE RUDELY)there was not a piece of chicken in the entire restaurant. This was about 5 in the evening.....dinner hour and no chicken????? DO BETTER!!!!
