I was contacted by text message this morning & it was a very nice experience. I responded by stating I would welcome a call. I was told Barbara would call. She called and was very professional with customer service skills. I say this because she politely listened to me & she was not afraid to say "let me get some information" regarding my concern. I give her 5 stars because of her honesty & friendliness I could feel through the phone.

I have been with State Farm for a few years now. I recently added my daughter and a car . I called back to see if there was something we could do to lower our premiums. Ms. Thelma was so helpful she answered my questions and made sure we are getting all the discounts we can get . Im very happy with my coverage. Thanks again, Thelma.
