        Had 2 glitches after purchasing a washer and dryer but Darlene and the DEWS team were responsive and flexible to make things right in the end. I did also appreciate how they delayed our delivery by one day due to forecasted heavy rains. The big box stores would not have done that proactively.

        Purchased a brand new Speed Queen dryer in November and a Speed Queen washer in December with the help of Sales Consultant Dee Kieft. Neighbors recommended Dews because of their favorable experiences. Each appliance was delivered in no time by some nice delivery men who connected and tested each appliance. Thanks Dee for sharing your extensive knowledge of all the brands and helping us choose the most reliable and sturdy washer and dryer on the market.         I purchased a matching set of Speed Queen TR7s and my dryer went out the day before Christmas. Dews called me after hours to help me trouble shot and then they sent a tech the next business day. They got the part and have me back running before new years. I thank them a lot for getting us going as fast as they could and keeping in touch to keep me updated.
