I've used their services before and it was great with Ms. Diane alone. First the crew did not show on time. If I hadn't text I feel no one would have reached out. Simple things that I wanted done was like an inconvenience somehow but really apart of cleaning . When they offer "DEEP CLEANING" we already had an agreement on one price somehow it would've been extra just to remove a little bit of stuff to dust the top of the closets and clean out my fridge which is apart of the kitchen . The stove was half cleaned cleaned good but the sides were not touched, toaster was also half cleaned . I also found out ALOT of my good food was thrown away .... stuff I use everyday that I know didn't have an expiration date near and she asked did I want certain things thrown away idk how my fridge got so thin she even threw away the stuff I said not to multiple times when asked. I even had to tell them to go back and do certain thkngs or ask did they complete certain things when i had notes in every room of what specically i wanted cleaned and paid more attention to. After looking through my baby toys I found that multiple peices had been thrown in the trash for sum oddly reason things that go along with her kitchen set . I asked for toys to be separated and everything to be dust down noting had been dusted and toys were missing & not separated as i asked. I'm 9 months pregnant and me and my doula literally had to go back over the whole house small things were not cleaned properly for my new baby they did most but not enough for a deep cleaning. Also requested everything be disinfectant with disinfectant spray didnt receive that. I could've done it myself I would but I simply could not being so far along !! I'd never ask someone to do something I don't do while cleaning that's the point of deep cleaning!! That's why I called for help but I will never use their services again. Sorry not sorry !
