        Been coming here for many years. Dr. Jordan and his staff are top notch. Grace the hygienist is the best! She explains everything and has a gentle touch. Most people dont love to go to the dentist but I love Dr. Jordan and his team!!

        Scheduled a visit 2 weeks ago. Left work early for an emergency appointment. There is no surgery done here. They did an xray and referred me to the Charleston dentist. I don't need someone to tell me I need tooth surgery that was the whole point of the emergency visit. And then you want to send me 2+ hours away on a different day? Waste of time either go to the saint george dentist or go to Columbia.

      We apologize for any inconvenience you feel we have caused you. We follow protocol, as we always will do, for emergency visits. That would be to get the patient in, access the complaint, take an x-ray to further diagnose and plan for any necessary treatment. In the event we can not service you, we will further reach out to get you the necessary treatment and in most cases that would be a referral to a specialist. Creating additional stress is not our goal and we hope you understand. We wish you the very best.
