        This is an updated review. Had a little problem with a missing application that caused a non-renewal on my home insurance. After I posted an unfavorable review, the company reached out immediately and worked hard to correct the problem. Job well done.

        My rates just went up $600 dollars. Never had a claim or issue. One star rating all day long.

        This rating is from my grandmother who has no Google. We are Very dissatisfied. Communication has been terrible. And after closing we got a letter they were cancelling because the home needed renovating and it was a loan type for renovating so they also knew nothing about our situation. And when I called and emailed the agent we signed with never replied. To this day. He only had customer service respond. Then I sent pictures of the renovated home to show the situation and explain the loan type. And I havent heard back. Thank goodness the company my car insurance is with (State Farm) was able to pick up our service before it was cancelled for no reason
