        These people are definitely scammers I would recommend everyone to look at their reviews or dont even give them the time of day I have tried to interact with this business since spending 400 dollars and being given a receipt with no details or the purchase. They also refuse to answer the phone on any given day even if you go to their location there may not even be anyone inside. It has now been over two weeks since the time of purchase and I am no closer to receiving the product I have purchased from them.

        Yes, I got hacked. It was a big one, too. John gave me confidence from the moment I walked into the store. In the end, all my data was saved and the repair was awesome...including the reinstall of Windows. It was handled at such a fair price. I went back a couple of weeks later with a small issue and John fixed it quickly and correctly. Thanks so much to Computer CPR.

        Apparently just rip off artists! Pretty sure all I needed was a power cable but they refused to test the one selling to be sure had to buy to find out - with a CLEAR no return option.

        I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE...AND I DO MEAN NO ONE!!! VERY EXPENSIVE IMO. I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE ANY PAPERWORK NOR A FINAL BILL PAPERWORK. MONEY TRANSACTION WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE WITH GIVING THEM MY CARD INFO AND I DO NOT LIKE DOING THAT...AND I HADNT EVEN GOTTEN MY COMPUTER ..SO IN OTHER WORDS I HAD TO PAY BEFORE I EVEN GOT MY COMPUTER.EVEN WHEN I GO TO A CAR SHOP I GET MY CAR SERVICED THEN I PAY....BUT TO EACH IS OWN. And again a job that was only suppose to have been no more than 200 dollars or less turned into over 400!!!!!never again and then it took from the Thursday to Monday to get it back and again never again and i still wouldnt recommend no one to you all...........and you all have my number as well.......

      Hi Ms. Wherry! Sorry that you feel this way. When you came into our store, your computer was not working at all. After you visited several computer repair shops surrounding us that couldn't fix your computer; we were able to fix your computer issue. We were able to save all personal data, as well as install a brand new m.2 SSD and upgrade you to Windows 10 which you agreed. At time of us providing you with the quote, we went over your quote in detail; you approved the repair and agreed to pay over the phone with a representative. Your receipt was then emailed and you confirmed receipt of it this morning when we called you to follow up on your repair. You stated this morning, everything was fine and you were happy. Please give our office a call to discuss further with our manager. We would love to help!
