Bad service I was waiting like 40 minutes to somebody help me to load 18 sheets of plywood It's a really bad service

It was so hot and very uncomfortable in the isle areas. The front of store was fairly cool. CLOSE the doors and turn thermostat down! The service is always the same: courteous, helpful and most always on target. Manager Chuck Hailey, and his associates of building supplies, were very competent with my requested quote. I'm an old, long time client.

Please do not both ordering carpet from this location (or anything time sensitive), even when they promise 72 hour installation. Unable to get an installation date before payment but supposed to be within 72 hours on carpet type we ordered. After payment, was told next available date was nearly 4 weeks away. Immediately tried to cancel as the house needed to go on the market before then, but was attempted to charge a 10% "restocking fee" despite the fact they lied about the installation window. My wife has called 4 times in the last 48 hours and been told she'd be called back by a store manager within an hour 3 times and first thing the next morning the other time. A manager has yet to call back. Unfortunately for this Home Depot store, and probably in general, they won't see a dollar out of the $15-20k I'm going to spend on the outdoor area I'm going to be building in the next 6 months at my new house down the road.

Lowes uses rsi for all thier cabinets. They are a sweatshop for illegals and if you buy thier cabinets you supporting illegals raping yourr welfare and medical systems. Here is my take. On working thier. Ill start by saying that all negative reviews are true. I saw the negative reviews before starting and when I saw they require you to work most every weekend, your treated like dirt. If you work for distribution you have a throw away job. You are hired through a temp service Areotek. If you ask about the hours they will lie to you and say 10 hours moday through thursday and 8 hours on friday just ti get you in the door. Once you start you go through training you have a week of classes with a trainer Dan his primary goal is to tap every girl in the plant, he has something to say about every female in the place and is put in a position where he can. Then if thats bad enough your treated like a piece of crap, the silly morning meetings with blowhards that couldnt do the job it they had to. Then comes the kicker if you do something areotek dont like they mess with your paychecks. They are so incompetent that you cannot give them your bank info for fear eveyone will get the info because they have had it happen in the past. Sometimes they pay you so late that you almost get paid a week late if you make them mad they threaten to hold your check. This is tje olny place Ive worked where a union would be good for the place, maybe the union thats trying to get in will straighten them out.
