Jean Ringstaff is the best insurance agent that I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to meet her customer's needs. She has always been able to find the absolute best deals through her research and has saved me a ton of money over the years. I wish I would have discovered her a lot sooner! Thank you, Jean!

Sad to say but we had been with this agency for 35 years and received top notch service until the agency was sold to Towne Insurance. I asked for a review of my auto policy as it increased $360 a year. I've waited two and half weeks for a response.
Needless to say I switched both my Home and Auto to a new agency/insurer and saved my family over $1100 a year and we have increased our coverage and now have an agency again that has that personal touch.
