        Theres a whole cinder block at the front door *inside the store* that my child tripped on immediately. She fell and hit her face and it caused a welt to develop on her forehead. She scream cried and not a single employee checked to see if she was ok or cared to move the random piece of cinderblock they keep in their building impeding anyone from safely looking at sunglasses. The worst customer service.

        Staff is nice but whats the point of having a reward system if yall dont want your customers to use it. Ive been to every Platos in Charlotte and in Alabama(where Im from) and Ive never had a problem. Anytime I ask them(Rock Hill Location) my point status they act like they cant see it or the answer changes.
