The Pier

These people are unethical. Be sure to take photos of the room before you move in, every wall. There were a couple of holes in the wall which were there before move in and then we received a charge on the credit card for $200 for patching walls and painting. Then visited a friend who lived in the same apartment, checked out the room and the walls were never patched or painted; however they charged my credit card for it. They provided a dispute email address which nobody even responded to, then the email address was no longer valid. I called and wrote a letter and no response. I know these are college students that are staying in these apartments but that's no reason to take advantage of them and their parents. Disgusting business practices.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and last but not least the food was so abundant that I had to take half of it home

I love the pier so much. Not far from campus and busses run all day as well. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help you with whatever the problem may be. I am living at the pier for my second year in the fall and I am so happy with my choice!

The Pier is such an incredible place! Being right by the lake is an unmatched lifestyle and The Pier makes this experience undoubtedly the best. I can confidently say that The Pier has everything you could ever ask for in a home, community, and family of wonderful staff, amenities, and so much more!

About to end my first year at the pier, and it has been awesome!! I really love the pier! Having the lake right there is really cool and the community at the pier is great! Kaylee one of the office workers took great care us. She answered any questions we had and also helped us smoothly move into a new house at the pier for next year!
