They over charge for the service they offer. I get charged 60 dollars a month for 4 to 5 Mbps should only be charged 30 dollars for that service, and thats when it is working

DONT FLY. NEVER FLY BY FRONTEIR. horrible experience. i dont have time and mood to write a lot but one thing that i want to mention here is that their agents at the airport charge $25 to help you to check in even when you download their app and check in from your phone yourself. Plus it is nowhere mentioned on their website that they would impose charges like this. Also when the flight is delayed, their website does not update the status and seems like the flight is on time. I drove 80 miles to receive my relative last monday after checking online that the flight had departed and on time, only to discover that the flight was delayed by 2 hours when i reached the airport. What a waste of time? Besides they charged $75 for check in assistance to my relatives when it is not mentioned anywhere. Their flights must be grounded and this company must shut down. worst airline, worst experience, horrible staff, pathetic customer service you name it and they have it. Dont travel. they are cheap in every sense. Cheap price results in high cost later. DONT EVER FLY AGAIN.
