    I have lived here for two years about to be 3. Maintenance is absolutely terrible! My first year here I was without air conditioning in the middle of July for about 2 months and worst part is I didn't get a sorry or we'll make this right. It takes forever for Management to respond back to me, they won't answer their phone nor reply to the many emails I send. I have had to walk to the office numerous times to have fees on my account fixed. My second year here wasn't as bad until now I have had a small leak somewhere in my plumbing which has made my water bill sky rocket to 500 dollars! What does the foundry townhomes do? Nothing, I have to beg and plead to get something done. I have still yet to get it fixed and I asked them personally and used the resident portal about this request, after reaching one of the management staff members she sent maintenance and he arrives says he has to grabs some parts from Lowes and I have yet to see him come back, this was last week!!!! For anyone who is thinking about living here I strongly recommended finding somewhere else unless you enjoy poor communication and major headaches

    I was literally charged for an apartment that I never moved into. The fees were supposed to be taken care of and everything was OK. They wanted us to pay $2000 to move in after stating it would be no where near that. Proven income and all. I was not for that we told them thank you for the opportunity, but that was too much and we had found somewhere else to stay after that we received several notices, including the most recent explaining that we owe $325 I believe it is now for move-in cost application, fees and also administrative fees. I wrote multiple emails back and forth to Mr. Rocco. None of these were told to us upfront and we did not agree to any of these. This is one of the things that the guy, Mr.Rocco seemed to keep from us. Stating if we moved in the fees would be waved but unfortunately To be the complete opposite I am not happy with this. I am from Florida and this would have never never passed but up here I guess this is something that they try and get away with I 100% do not recommend save your time and go somewhere else. I will reach out To BBB for further assistance.
