        Office people are not helpful and don't have enough mortgage information, I think they need to join a class to update their info and act like professionals.

        I met with Carolina today to set up a new account after having a family account for 12 years. She was helpful, patient, & easy to talk to. I was so grateful for the time she took to explain everything to me and never once made me feel dumb. I hope if you have any future financial questions that you get to work with Carolina! I am so thankful for her time & kindness towards me.

        We have been looking to open our accounts with a local bank from OH. My husband went to this branch to get a simple trade of currency. Give the teller 70.00 large bills for 70.00 in singles. The woman was rude and would not do it, said its not their policy although they have done it several times previously. Today we opened up several accounts with the bank across the street! Their loss!
