I am writing this review in hopes that it will prevent a person from experiencing what I did. I sought out Shannon's shop (WOW) because I have been experiencing hair loss to the point where I can no longer hide it. She recommended a topper and assured me that her selection (base color) could be customized to match my natural ashy, neutral brown hair. Her colorist, Ashley, came in and "matched" my real hair to a swatch and confirmed that they could accomplish a color match. I went ahead and purchased it on 9/2/23 for a $981.53. From the first color check 9/18 to the last and final attempt on 9/30, they were unable to match my hair. Furthermore, their colorists (Ashley & Lizzy) both agreed that they started with the wrong level to begin with. After many failed attempts, the owner, Shannon ghosted me as well as her colorist/manager, Ashley. Not only did I not have the product I paid for, but they stopped responding. That said, they left me no other choice but to dispute the charges. I provided detailed information including pictures, videos, and messages documenting what occurred. In the end, the dispute was awarded in my favor, and I received a full refund. It is traumatic enough to lose your hair then to be treated the way I was, is completely unacceptable. Shannon was not only hostile and disrespectful but unprofessional. I encourage those who may be interested in a topper or wig to do your research. There is a reason why she is not known in the helper hair community.

Great business, easy to work with. Highly recommend!! Beautiful facility with easy access and plenty of parking.
