Dunkin'

Really picked up the pace of getting orders done quickly as of late!

Well, this was once my favorite place to get coffee. The employees were always so friendly! They would greet me by name every single time I came into the store. My coffee was perfect 98% of the time and if for some reason it wasnt good, they would fix it with no problem! Apparently, the former employees walked out when they found out about unfair wages. Ive been there about 10 times since and I havent had a coffee made the correct way since. So, youd think ok, these are new employees they just need time to learn. Nope. Every time Ive come in its one of two guys who claim theyve worked at Dunkin for 2 to 3 years!!! The last time I was there , 2 days ago. I had a mobile order. As soon as I saw my coffee, I knew that something was wrong! So I asked the worker if they were out of coffee or something. He said yeah, how did you know. He decided to put extra flavoring, creamer, and sugar into my drink to compensate for it, not having barely any coffee. He said because it was later in the evening it didnt make sense to make more coffee. So, why even bother making my drink then?? Why not ask me when I get there if I could just come back another day and get the coffee that I just paid for. Its pretty bad when you have to go to the gas station next-door just to add actual coffee to the sugar flavored water that was given to you for four bucks! I have given this location far too many chances, and I will not be going back to the simpsonville Dunkin ever again! I live in Gray Court and I would rather drive to Mauldin to get coffee then to bother with wasting my money!

I love dunkin, but this is 1/3 of a real dunkin at best. Simpsonville deserves a standalone dunkin with full selection and plenty of donuts so they don't sell out by 9am

Every time I go to this Dunkin, they always mess up my drink. And today the manager Im assuming was rude to my brother, his boyfriend and I because he forgot his wallet. And my brother and I go to drink the coffee and its messed up. I didnt bother going back in and having them fix it because I did that once and they didnt fix the drink. Do not go to this Dunkin!!!
