This is the most hypocritical company I've ever worked for. The SC base is more worried about how well you can talk around things than your actual knowledge base of the subject and leadership skills. They endorse lateral violence and actually promoted the assailant to a higher position immediately after the reported incident. Same person openly belittled the client of BJU in front of the people we are suppose to be taking care of multiple times. Same person reported claims of racism but it was actually her who is being prejudiced. Directors are intimidated by staff who don't respond to bullying and have no basic knowledge of patient care. It's embarrassing for the company whose core believe is the patient comes first.
