This training center is amazing!! Their specialty is in correcting negative behaviors of anxiousness and aggression, but they also have a great program for introducing puppies and dogs of all ages/temperaments to new positive behaviors. I worked here for about 2 years and through the entire time I was supported endlessly by the owners Krystal and Eric. They take their jobs seriously and have an immense love for dogs. It really shows in every step of the process. If youre nervous about e-collar use, they do a great job of alleviating those fears with thorough explanation and hands-on training.

We have two sibling pups adopted from the Humane Society (Trasky and Madden). After several months, they became extremely aggressive towards each. We didn't think we would be able to keep them both. Not many people wanted to take them on. It made our home super stressful. They spent three weeks here and it changed our lives! We have two amazing dogs that love each other, being able to walk them on a buzzer without a leash, sitting and placing when told, waiting to be asked before entering a room or house. They still annoy each other once in a while, but they are inseparable and love each other so much. I can't believe these are our dogs. We as a family took a session once the three weeks were up and continued with the skills/lessons we learned there at home. The dogs are still doing AMAZING a year later. Dog Psychology and Training Center was such a blessing to our family.

It was a great experience, and the folks at DPTC are very professional, courteous, and really know dogs. We sent Bo to DPTC 2 years ago and he is so well behaved, hes quite the gentlemen! So, we just sent Cam when he turned 8 months old. Cam is truly a different dog, and we are so happy we used DPTC (again). We now have the tools to manage both dogs. I highly recommend DPTC.

Life with Jed was nerve wrecking, Jed was very aggressive towards cats & dogs, did what he wanted and pushed me around. Finally he knows his place and ignores other animals, instead he sits and looks up to me for advice and assurance.. completely turned around and looks up to me, rather than think hes an equal.
