I really wish I could give lower than. The store is always a mess and they have random hours.

4 o'clock on a Wednesday and they are closed. Sign on the door said closed early 12/19/23. It's 12/20/23 Unbelievable.

Very poor service rude managers Even when you call for help the bell will buzz until you ask are you going to help ( the manager ) she told me to wait a sec when she was just standing in door way of office It was a young lady I let in front of me that complained about how the store is and another young man that was waiting behind me later left and put up his items because the manager wanted to argue back and forth instead of putting the energy into helping getting customers out Next as I ended conversation with her I was talking with customers and she then wanted to jump in our conversation to out talk and be argumentative I then told her we are talking no one is talking to her she then kept going back and forth as line was still there and getting bigger The whole argument was because I stated if your cashier is on break as she told me why I had to wait and others I said they should have manager be able to come out to handle situations and open another register when cashier is on break and how its always problems with service she said they are broke etc etc a lot more said but in end when cashier got off break I went to her register and the manager had to come and still figure out how to do the transaction I needed to be done and at first she had issues but she did it not how I wanted to get last minute item on Christmas Eve Its always a lot going on with this store
