Reserved a handicap room on first floor a week in advance for two weeks stay and was put on second floor in a non handicapped room and the television didn't work. Reported the TV four times and was never fixed. Four times after renewing two more weeks I was still in the same room without the TV being fixed and fire alarms went off and I was left on the second floor in my wheelchair to fend for myself and stayed there... hoping for the best. Not once when fire trucks arrive did they or any staff come up to help me. I guess the ADA Rights applies to some places and states but not to all.
Safety: Not a safe place for handicap people.

This is the worse place I ever stayed. starting with the lobby attendant, she is very unprofessional, no customer services skill at all. Mattress is so old all the springs are bad so when you sleep that thing is like a waterbed. asked to clean my room after a week, never happened, old furniture, roaches everywhere, they never clean the elevator, wifi works 75% of the time, tried to charge me $5.00 for extra room key. move to a extended stay America witch is their competitor, and it's 100% better for the same price

Deborah the receptionist was rude and had the worst attitude, she Made threats like
"don't rush me bc l have the key to your room and can go in anytime"
, "I will cancel your
reservation and act like you never booked it"
She was the rudest, most ghetto, and unprofessional receptionist l've ever encountered. While our stay there within an hour the fire dept came be of a stove fire and the hotel didn't evacuate anyone. These rooms are non smoking and the room I was in heavily filled with cigarette smell. I requested another room and she refused. Unpleasant atmosphere and service.
Unsafe location with a lot of drug activity

Do not stay here, noisy, weed smoke everywhere, tried two rooms the TVs did not work. This would be a hotel of last resort.
Rooms: Bad, worn out smell of weed, neither room had a working TV
