I ordered a half sheet unicorn birthday cake from this store on Wednesday March 11, 2020 to be ready on Saturday March 14, 2020 and they did not have my cake at all. My daughter had to pick out two 1/4 sheet cakes out of the display at last minute, and the manager did not seem to be very concerned for my situation. I ended only getting a 5$ discount and still having to pay 31$ for two different cakes that I did not prefer. I am most dissatisfied because of the awful customer service I received from this store during this unfortunate situation I was left in so inconveniently! I have seen this store have the most amazing customer service in the past but today they lacked very much customer service support!

I do not feel safe at the Simpsonville store.
The check out people are great and always wear a mask.
But the guy who stocks the dairy cases is never seen with a mask on.
He is not the only one .
I saw at least three employees, all male, without masks on and chatting with each other.
The lady I see when I shop here who stocks items on the shelves always wears a mask and I admire her for that.
As an older person I just do not feel safe at this store.
Too bad. I did not linger and left without getting everything on my list.
