Crescent Homes at The Settlement

Love our house and we love our neighbors but it seems that Crescent Homes has given up on their commitments to the amenities the pool/ pool house has hit a stand still yet again and the playground is nonexistent The pool that was built was entirely different from what was advertised, not to happy about that nor are many other residents. When we asked about the eta of completion the sales reps acted excited to see that construction has started but in realty weve been staring at a stand still project that looks forgotten it would be nice to see some traction and more progress as weve been told it will be ready for summer yet the roof and rough trades havent even been completed yet Kind of feels like a bunch of false promises especially when they decided to do Something different than advertised. We got sold on a few things only to find out that they were not the case

We were excited about the neighborhood, but wasnt too excited about how far away it was. We ended up buying an existing home from the same builder.
