        I and my neighbors have had the same experience. This company wants to rush you into signing a contract that lacks specificity. They will write that their deliverable will be a final ESTIMATE leaving the door open to them to pass along cost increases. It is not my habit to write negative reviews which effect someone's business but two of my neighbors have had the same experience.
