Mr Hammond,a realtor lawyer, is extremely nice, and he gets right to the point very quickly when closing and fair on closing cost. A person would feel safe ,for he takes care ,and with your best interest, in providing his service.

At the recommendation of a friend, my wife and I went in for a free consultation.
We were given great advice and are using them to prepare our last will and testament, powers of attorney etc.
Excellent communication!
Sure, we could have used something such as an online resource, but we're dealing with legal aspects that could be very frustrating if there were even the slightest thing overlooked.
Totally worth getting a professional that knows what they're doing to look at your specifics and account for what you need.

We are from another town as the seller and agreed to use this firm. We have yet to close due to extenuating circumstances, but so far I am appalled at the incompetency of this man. I called on Monday because I had a bad feeling his numbers didnt align with mine. Sure enough he was over $2000 off with payoff figure and didnt show the second mortgage being deducted. ?? I told him I really should have used our attorney, and he told me another attorney would charge me double??? I immediately called my attorney, and go figure, they would charge the same amount. I should have immediately withdrawn from his
inept services. The closing was delayed two more days which changed the payoff again. He sent me a new figure and again different from the bank because once again, I followed up on my own. I am beside myself with fury that I am having to pay someone and do their job too!!!!!!! Thank goodness I will never need their services again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!
