I went to the restaurant there was no person receiving the customer I waited for more than 15 minutes and they never showed up and the sad thing is that the restaurant was empty I do not recommend it

We ordered 3 churrasco steaks and one was very fatty. My son mostly spitted out and instead of deducting from the bill they gave me $2 off. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. They also cannot substitute rice and bean for anything else so if you have allergies, youre screwed.

Me and my husband love the food at this place. The atmosphere is amazing and beautiful and to be honest even the staff is great. 2 problems though and thats whey I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 1.) we have gone 3 times total. First time great! All food in stocks didnt have an issue with ordering what we wanted. Second time, was told after we had already ordered the appetizer and the entrees, that the entrees that were ordered where out of stock for the night, not a big deal, but we were told 45 minutes AFTER we got our appetizers. Ended up just getting drinks and appetizers and leaving because the wait was so long between coming to the tablet to tell us what was going on or even just checking up on us. Third time again, wanted a specific menu item, and was told that they were not taking that one today. Which sucks because I didnt really get what I wanted last time either. Piece of business advice from someone who used to run a business similar to this, reduce the menu, and always have on hand items that are hot items, and ensure to carry 2 to 3 days stock of those products in stock, either wise people are going to come in like we did, see something they like, then be told that what they want is not in stock. Just a recommendation. 2.) SLOWSERVICE. Me and my husband went in a 3:15. And did not leave until almost 6:45pm. All we anted to do was sit down eat enjoy very small conversation and leave because we had places to be. The waited was VERY VERY nice and nothing personally wrong with him, I just think yall either need more attentive staff, or more staff. Because I am not going to like, it does not take me 3 and a half hours to eat a sandwich and a couple fries. 20 minutes before we get drinks, 30 minutes before someone asks if we are ready almost a hour to make the food etc etc. Yall are a very beautiful place to eat and socialize and I really hope that you just take this as constructive criticism because as far. As when you do have food in stock, and have pretty speedy service yall are excellent!
