Building a home from out of state should be a nerve wracking experience. Not so if Tracy is on your side! She helped eliminate communities on our list when we were in town to make the best use of our time. We were looking for a new build. Once we decided she was at our side through the major phases (design center and electrical). She visited the site every couple of weeks and took pictures. She is professional and extremely responsive. If we were to do this again with no question would use Tracy again!
