        Oh my goodness! We went on Thursday evening at 5:00, expecting it might be busy. It wasn't. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. My husband tapped on the counter and said, "Hello?" Finally, a young lady came up. She spoke so quietly that we had to ask her to speak louder a couple of times. We ordered, and then my husband stood there and waited for the food. 15 mins later, I traded places with him. Finally, the food came out, but it was wrong. We received chicken tenders instead of the bacon cheeseburger my husband ordered. Went back to let the young lady know we needed the other sandwich. She took the tenders off the tray and told the one other guy to make the sandwich. 20 minutes later, we got it. There was no manager in sight, and 2 teens were the only ones working. Avoid this Hardee's unless you have lots of patience. It was very disappointing.

        Had a great visit. Food was delicious, fast, and fresh. Employees were sweet and one even called my brother her love. Couldn't ask for more.
