If you want a highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, and exceedingly helpful Mortgage loan person than Nancy Pattison is your person. For my wife and I - it had been 27 years since we last needed to get a mortage and Nancy was the perfect person to walk us thru the whole modern process. In particular, I was a nervous wreck the whole time but Nancy held my hand and got me thru the whole adventure. Serious piece of mind and calming illustrated my experinces with Nancy.

Let me start by saying Nancy is the best. She was so professional she answered our questions honestly and clearly. She was always there for us and she made us aware of any changes. She was also personal. With all she had going on in her own life she would always answer our call even on Sunday's. She made the process bearable and how I miss our conversations. Nancy Pattison is an excellent and dedicated Loan Officer. I couldn't find a single error in her assessments what so ever. She replied to my text messages in less than a minute or two even on Saturdays or Sundays. She is courteous and professional. I strongly recommend her to anyone who need a loan.
