Very disappointed. I paid for a high dollar pedicure and she couldnt even finish the 16 minute massage. She did the hot stone maybe for one minute and one other massage. The towel was not hot. She painted my toes before even doing a massage. She put the wax only on the heel. People come to be pampered. If Im paying for a $80 pedicure atleast do it right. I will not be back.

For a new sight they were pretty messy especially the rest room. First I was greated with 0 kindness then she was very obviously talking about me to another worker. Oh I did say something and they understood cause they turned red and became quite. To top it off no price ahead and I caught fungus on two nails and had to go get it all redone with a special oil due to the fungus at serenity. Never again. 100 bucks down the drain.

The nails lady miss Helen was so sweet and talkative more than any other nail salon I've seen plus she made sure to clean up the tools she was using very thoroughly and she did such a nice job on my nails with curving in the rounding of the oval shape I wanted and make sure the right length and worked with me changing my mind LOL I love the whole entire place it looks all clean and very pleasant to be at! love this and definitely going to go again for a fill in on my acrylic! Definitely would recommend! very accommodating! my boyfriend even loved my nails and they did a great job on my toes too there wasn't even a gap with my acrylic nails which usually is most places would do
