Very nice man....but....he called someone to help me with my sewer and said they would be here. They never called nor come by. I had to start over trying to get someone to fix it.

I didnt realize how hard it is to find a plumber these days!! They answered the phone, made an appointment and actually stuck to the appointment unlike the 3 other companies we called before we called Ricks! The guy who came out and fixed the issue the best way he could, then he explained it would be a reoccurring problem and told us how to fix the problem if it happens before we can get someone to come out and fix the bigger issue (we need fill dirt put out so the drain lines can drain properly). He was very informative and was reasonably priced! Ill know next time to call Ricks!! Service: Drain cleaning
