Waveland is by far the best property manager that we have had among the 10 that we have had over the past 14 years, over a total of 8 different properties. He and his wife go well beyond the call of duty to make sure things are correct with the renters, rental property, and manage things fiscally ideally, practically, and prudently. I would highly recommend this company. Wayne's has a good team working under him, and he also has the qualifications to help us sell the property as well, when we retired. This company is truly a standout in the field.

Wayne and Sylvia have been taking care of one of our properties since 2012 and another since this past year. I cannot say enough for how invested Wayne is in keeping our properties top notch and Sylvia in keeping the books, paperwork, and updating our statements monthly. I thank them both for quickly getting our homes filled, for taking care of things while we are away, and for vetting the tenants before they enter the homes.
