        The facility is obvi nice but the staff is young people drunk on their "power" over library patrons. Having moved to the area I oc visited the branch closest to my home. On my first visit I tried to checkout 4 books and was told my library, based on my address, was Spartanburg and as such could only check out 2 books. Weird, as Sptbg libraries are the farthest drive away from me. On my second visit checking out with 1 book and was told, ooh because Sptbg is your library you can only check out 2 books:/
