        Do not buy a home in the Adams Mill neighborhood. Eastwood only cares about making as much $$$ as possible and doesnt care about the buyers at all. They designed a neighborhood with no street parking allowed and ZERO extra parking spaces in the entire neighborhood. You cannot make 3 bedroom townhomes with a 1 car garage and not allow for any parking anywhere. You cant even have guests over unless they can park in your driveway. They also wont allow you to add extra concrete so that you actually have a place to park a second vehicle. So many people in the neighborhood have complained and they simply dont care. Basically a giant screw you. They have room to add extra parking but want to fit as many houses in that neighborhood as possible.
